The traditional competition between Sofia and Plovdiv in luxury new construction now faces another challenge – Stara Zagora. This became clear during the ceremony of the 13th edition of the annual Luxury Property Awards 2023, held last night at the Hyatt Regency Sofia hotel. The event was organized by the international cooperation platform Global Leaders.

The mayor of Sofia, Yordanka Fandakova, said from the stage that construction of a new metro station in the “Obelya” district begins today.

“Thank you for encouraging the people who create beauty and for the high recognition through this beautiful statuette, which you are awarding to the entire team of Sofia Municipality. I also want to thank the chief architect of Sofia – arch. Zdravko Zdravkov, who is here with me tonight. Among the guests, I also see many of our partners with whom we have been working for years for the development of the capital, and I hope this tradition of improvement for the better continues,” Fandakova stated.

Investor Velislav Dimitrov was awarded for the Bella Homes project in the category “Single-family Residential Buildings.” The manager of the investment company ADVA-ES, Evgeniy Sokolenko, won first place in the category “Luxury Construction in an Eco-Environment” for the Evergreen project. Investors, architects, and their completed projects were recognized in various categories of the Luxury Property Awards 2023.

In addition to honorary diplomas, winners received gifts from cosmetics giant REFAN. Partners of the event included leaders in digital printing FRESH Print, as well as selected wines from Edoardo Miroglio Winery. The sponsor of the event was KARE, the kingdom of luxury and designer furniture.

I also want to thank the chief architect of Sofia – arch. Zdravko Zdravkov, who is here with me tonight. Among the guests, I also see many of our partners with whom we have been working for years for the development of the capital, and I hope this tradition of improvement for the better continues,” Fandakova stated.

“Sofia Municipality is an undisputed leader in the annual awards for luxury construction, architecture, and design, with large-scale projects that have changed the way of life for all city residents,” said Patricia Kirilova, journalist, PR specialist, and member of Global Leaders. Along with two-time Icarus Award winner Simeon Vladov, she hosted the ceremony.

In the category “Small Municipality with Contribution to Urban Development,” the winner was Rhodope Municipality and its mayor Pavel Mihaylov. The award for “Best Project of Public Significance” went to the multi-storey car park with a helipad at St. George University Hospital (UMBAL) in Plovdiv. The award was presented to the chairman of the hospital’s board of directors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ivan Sokolov.

Investor Velislav Dimitrov was awarded for the Bella Homes project in the category “Single-family Residential Buildings.” The manager of the investment company ADVA-ES, Evgeniy Sokolenko, won first place in the category “Luxury Construction in an Eco-Environment” for the Evergreen project. Investors, architects, and their completed projects were recognized in various categories of the Luxury Property Awards 2023.

In addition to honorary diplomas, winners received gifts from cosmetics giant REFAN. Partners of the event included leaders in digital printing FRESH Print, as well as selected wines from Edoardo Miroglio Winery. The sponsor of the event was KARE, the kingdom of luxury and designer furniture.

Students from the 9th grade, specialty “Classical Dance,” at the National School of Dance Art opened the ceremony.

By tradition, Global Leaders’ events support social causes. The platform is the initiator of a campaign to support underprivileged honor students who wish to continue studying and working in Bulgaria.

August 9, 2022 – Investment company ADVA-EU has unveiled a new project in Varna — the Evergreen-4 residential building, which incorporates ADVA’s best construction solutions together with advanced ESG innovations.

The Evergreen-4 building relies strongly on a set of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) technical solutions designed to reduce electricity costs and ensure a higher level of sustainability. On November 30, 2025, the Evergreen complex in Varna marked the warm and festive start of the winter holidays with a cozy community event that brought together families, children, and neighbors. Inspired by the spirit of togetherness and holiday cheer, residents gathered to decorate the large Christmas tree and officially open the magical season.

🎄 How the Event Unfolded

The celebration began at 11:00 with a children’s animation program that filled the morning with laughter and joy for the youngest residents. At 12:00, both children and adults joined in decorating the big Christmas tree in the courtyard. Many brought their own ornaments, adding a personal and family touch to the festive display.

Guests enjoyed seasonal treats, while residents shared homemade goodies and drinks — a gesture that created an even warmer and friendlier atmosphere, characteristic of the Evergreen community.

The event was held with the official support of NOISE Restaurant and Palmanhac.

NOISE provided a comfortable refreshments area with festive offerings, while Palmanhac — the Portuguese brand known for its fruit wines and distillates crafted from select fruit in the Palmela region according to traditional family recipes — added an elegant note to the celebration.

This gathering continued Evergreen’s tradition of organizing community events following the successful celebrations of Children’s Protection Day (2024), Christmas (2022 and 2024), and Halloween (2022). Once again, respect, support, and good neighborly spirit were at the heart of the occasion.
